If the person you support already receives Developmental Disabilities Services in Oregon through your County DD Program or local Support Services Brokerage, then you can access these for free. Ask your Lane DDS Services Coordinator or Full Access or Resource Connections Oregon Personal Agent. 

If the person you support is at risk of losing their housing, job, or support services or if they are experiencing a health or safety risk related to stress behavior, then this service is appropriate. 

This is an in-depth exploration, through interviews and observations, of current stressors that may be contributing to challenges. 

This is a document created collaboratively with the team including the individual for whom the plan is written whenever possible. It includes recommendations for decreasing stress to reduce challenges and keep everyone safe and well. This service includes training for supporters (parents, Direct Support Professionals, Personal Support Workers, Job Coaches) with lots of co-regulation coaching. 

This is an ongoing service provided after the completion of the Positive Behavior Support Plan to ensure it is implemented effectively and includes revisions to the PBSP and ongoing training for supporters.
